Getting Started
Unpack all parts:
Scale
Platform
Plug-in power supply unit
Calibration weight
1. Mount the platform.
2. Set up the scales at the point of application.
3. Align the scale horizontally using the adjusting feet and
spirit level.
4. Connect the plug-in power supply unit. During the
charging cycle, an LED is lit on the display unit.
5. The scale is ready for operation.
The readings stabilise after a brief warm-up period of 30
minutes after switching on the unit. Carefully place the item
to be weighed on the platform. Do not keep any loads per-
manently on the platform. Avoid impacts and do not exceed
the specified maximum load. This could damage the scale.
Prior to use, check with the reference weight whether the
scale is calibrated in accordance with the on-site conditions.
If necessary, recalibrate the scale as described in the
section on 'Calibration' .
Power supply
The scale can be operated using the plug-in power supply
unit or the built-in battery. The battery can be recharged
using the plug-in power supply unit. Dispose of used
(rechargeable) batteries in accordance with the national and
local regulations for environmental protection and recycling.
Plug-in power supply unit
The power supply unit is not waterproof and therefore must
not come into contact with water.
Should the power supply unit become wet or show visible
signs of damage, do not operate the scale with the power
supply unit. Please contact your dealer or service partner.
